It's a private office for any government service. charges are quite high. Ppl are polite and respectful. I paid 350rs for Adhar update. My only disappointment is that they dont follow up on the service we create with them. For example, if you pay 350 rs for updating something on adhar card, which is 3x 6x price compared to normal service, they won't even inform you that service was successful or rejected by adhar.

I had very bad experience with indian E services recently I have done my brother's aadhar card address change work here. After paying the charges they said you will get orginal aadhar card on the address and temporary will come after a week. We got the temporary aadhar card but original we didn't receive till now when asked the answer was that system is closed now and you have to pay extra charges for original aadhar card. Guys what happened with us should not happen with anyone so be aware and get everything cleared with them.they are charging extra money for everything. Also make sure you get your original aadhar card and temporary aadhar card in same charges.dont get cheated as they have cheated us. Won't recommend to anyone they are cheaters.

The way staff manage all things step by step guidance excellent job by Indian e services my all documentation done from here only.

Pan card reapply done from here within 15 days pancard came on email id epan as their words proper guidance by sakshi madam and very helpful.
