Maha e Seva Kendra, Khadki

Women working here are absolutely careless about their work. They are more interested in gossiping among themselves. They didn't even give a proper response regarding the status of my application when I called them. Sayali was the lady incharge of my application and she has no manners how to handle a customer. I will never recommend anyone about this place for documentation work

Worst service at Aadhar e seva kendra , such incompetent girls have been appointed at such prestigious government organisation office. Request to kindly check on them . Wasted time and energy . Work is so slow, most of the time these girls are chit chatting and busy in their mobiles. Kindly look into the matter and lets not these girls tarnish our government organisation's name ,Who is working hard for the betterment of each and every citizen of our country.

Worst service I have ever seen in any office. Staff working in the office are not focused on their work rather they are spending time chitchatting with each other and keeping people on hold. Very slow and poor service.

Office on the second floor. Token system for update. It takes about 2-3 hours for an update of aadhar card depending upon your token number. The staff is cooperative and cordial. The office is small and insufficient to sit and wait if there is too much of a rush.

Very good staff and engaged continuously in their work, they even take a break of only 10 minutes for their lunch. The staff is extremely good towards the customers, only one thing I noticed was that priority and seating arrangement should be given to senior citizens, otherwise I should rate 7 stars.

Worst service I have ever seen in any office. They give token number but they take back side number first by seeing they face.

The experience is decent here. I had to run to 2 different e seva kendra 4-5 times during pandemic for address change. Functioning is smooth here in khadki once you have the token. Sometimes they get late if they are stuck with old applications. I would suggest to go on any other day than monday because I experienced in 4 days of week monday was the busiest.
