Aadhar service centre

I recently visited this aadhar service centre and the experience was not good because the staff was unprofessional and rude to customers and the maintenance of the service centre was not good the air conditioner was not working. The experience of this service centre is totally bad.

Overall experience was good just because the work is done within a day but still needs a lot of improvements. The staff was cooperative, politely speaking and well mannered In the same case there was a lack of professional skills yet the simple work was also done with a lot of effort or time consuming as well as irritating to the customer.

The Aadhaar Kendra is scheduled to open at 9 AM, but the staff usually arrive around 9:15 AM, leading to slow service.

Excellent service.This Aadhaar center is running in Lake City Mall, Kapurbawadi, Thane. It is on the second floor. There is a lift. This center is open for citizens especially on holidays. In this aadhaar center, name change, address change, and all Aadhaar related tasks are done at one place in just 20 to 25 minutes. You can also go to the aadhar website and do online booking. The staff there is very supportive. And you will get Aadhaar update for very fast. Thank you

Very slow updating service , almost 15 days finished but not yet updated my name on adhar card.

Good facilities and staff, but place is bit hotter , it need some more AC in their area.

No AC no Fans Suffocated place.
