Aadhaar seva kendra , Odisha Government service point

To the authorities managing the Aadhar Centre, I request that you visit this centre and spend a day here to understand the difficulties we face. While your time is valuable, so is ours. Currently, there is only one staff member available to update information, while others seem to be idle. Furthermore, the centre lacks proper management and basic facilities, including toilets, forcing us to wait for long hours in discomfort. Who has given you the authority to harass us in this manner? We deserve better treatment and services. Thank you Sincerely,

When I visited there with my two yr old son for baal aadhar. There were only two ladies were sitting and told me it's not the place for this. Visit to vani vihar for any aadhar related.

Behavioral wise the male staff available at the desk is fine but knowledge wise I think there is a scope of improvement. I visited for inquiring about correction in name as there is spelling mistake in aadhar card. First he said it is not done here and when I showed the aadhar card and birth certificate he said I need to make a residential certificate for changing the name in aadhar card. I didn't understand that although I have birth certificate where correct spelling is mentioned then why residential certificate required. Hope Government give necessary training to the staff

Service is bad , not as per the expectation They don't have adequate knowledge regarding the ADHAAR services... First they didn't update my adhaar properly after waiting for a looooooong time and told me to visit on another day....then denied to do as they don't have that Authorization

Aggressive people are working here. They shout at you everytime you ask something. I have been going here for 3 months for adhar update but nothing happened very slow process and Aggressive, mannerless people work here.

There is only one column to update the aadhhar details. And it's very pathetic to wait for so long and worst part is there's server error. Very worst situation.

Very good initiative by govt of India. Sometimes medicines become out of stock. This must be addressed

The server is always down and all we have to do is wait. The work never gets done. Everytime you go, they postpone it to the next day and then to the next.
