It's also UTI ITSL office which is good for nothing. Staff isn't co-operative at all.

It's not only a pan card center it is an office of UTI ITSL, but PAN card, Aadhaar Card and other financial services are also provided here. Staff is very supportive. Good service.

Enquired abt the procedures to change the surname for my sister which supposed to be done post marriage . I told them the issue faced during Aadhar and PAN liking as the surname in Aadhar is different than PAN card which eventually giving error message of name mismatch . Rather suggesting me the procedure to update the surname in PAN ,he directed me to Income tax office . I repeatedly telling him that u people are responsible for PAN related issues why should i visit to IT department but all went in vain .He was quite adamant .

They don't have synchronization between NSDL, UTI AND PROTEAN.

First of all I want to say that it is not a just a pan card centre it is also and Aadhar card centre and I am made this my Aadhar Card here only is pan card centre is awesome and nice and gives a awesome service in Bhubaneswar speciality counter gives a realistic performance

Can I give Zero rating ?? This office is headed by a mannerless third grade person.

Work delayed by over two weeks with no action. Employee got angry when questioned.
