Sub Post Office, Srisailam

The post office is quite near the temple and even nearer to the APTDC hotel . Dopped a postcard , didn't recieve it yet, its been a month. [No issues at delivery PO as I have my own PO box]. The lady at the counter is busy with temple bulk mail , didnt cater to my registered letter request , asked ro comeback after an hour . Building is fine and Letter box is in okayish shape .

Staff can be more polite. Requirements from this PO are less compared to other POs. The building is in a dilapidated condition. How someone can work in a building from 50 years ago? Please look into it.

Had a very disappointing experience at Sub Post Office, Srisailam. The service is extremely slow, and staff do not respond properly to customers. There is a lack of basic communication and professionalism. People are left waiting without clear guidance. Government offices should be more responsible and efficient, but this place does not meet even basic expectations. My experience at Sub Post Office, Srisailam was very disappointing. The process is very slow, and the staff seem uninterested in helping customers. There is no proper response or guidance when asked questions. Such service quality is not acceptable, especially in a public service office. Needs serious improvement in staff behavior and efficiency. I had one of the worst experiences at Sub Post Office, Srisailam. I don't even know how to fully express it, but I genuinely felt sad after visiting. The service is extremely slow, and the staff do not respond properly. There is no sense of responsibility or basic respect towards customers. This is a government office, and people come here with trust, but the experience was very disappointing. What's even more disappointing is that there is a "Complaint Box" sign, but there is no actual complaint box available. This clearly shows a lack of accountability.
