Huge parking but not allowed for visitor going for work purposes... Tax payers are restricted in their own land

The location is slightly on the outskirts of Guwahati city but is easily accessible via the Saraighat Bridge and National Highway 27. There are waiting areas and seating arrangements for the public, but at times, especially during peak hours, the place can get crowded.Staff behavior is generally professional and helpful. If you come prepared with all necessary documents and a clear understanding of the process, your work can be completed efficiently. However, like many government offices, some procedures may still feel slow or paper-based. Increased digitization and online services would definitely enhance the experience.Parking is available but can be limited during busy days. The office premises are clean and decently maintained, and security personnel are posted at the entrance to guide and manage visitor flow.Overall, the DC Office at Amingaon is a well-managed administrative center, handling a wide range of services from land records to public grievances. A little modernization and improved signage would make it even better. Still, it's a significant upgrade compared to older, more congested setups.

One of the best infrastructure administrative building in Kamrup. However, the surrounding should be kept and maintained by all (us the citizens) not only the people who are meant to keep a watch, otherwise this place is well kept except the spit all around I hope they look into this matter as soon as possible. Overall everything is present in and around this place according to our needs. Best of luck in getting your paper works done.

Very limited government office has such environment and infrastructure covering Greenery around it. Staffs are polite and helpful in nature.

I applied for my PRC and caste certificat, but the process has been very slow. Despite the staff being polite and respectful, my work is still not completed. I've had to visit the office multiple times, which has caused a lot of stress and wasted valuable time--especially as a student with academic responsibilities. These are essential documents needed for admission and scholarships, so such delays can affect our future opportunities. I sincerely hope the concerned authorities will take this feedback seriously and make the process more efficient for students and other citizens who rely on timely government services.
