Worst hospital service I have experienced so far. The doctors' behavior is good, but the nurses are extremely rude and do not know how to communicate properly. They also fail to provide correct or timely information to patients and attendants. On top of that, there is no proper patient diet provided and no canteen facility available. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I am absolutely outraged by what I saw in this nursing home. Outraged isn't even a strong enough word -- I left this place shaking with anger and disbelief. The environment was so filthy, so neglected, and so utterly depressing that it genuinely felt like no one in charge had even a shred of pride or responsibility. The moment I walked in, the stench and the sheer level of disorder made my stomach turn. It felt like stepping into a place where dignity goes to die. Every hallway, every corner, every room gave off a sense of abandonment and indifference. The entire experience left me furious, disgusted, and deeply disturbed. No family should have to feel this kind of anger and sadness when checking on a loved one. This place needs a total reset -- new standards, new leadership, new everything -- because what I witnessed is unacceptable on every possible level. I cannot stress this enough: do not bring anyone you care about here until massive changes are made.

It's an very good experience with surgical Dr. Baharul is very professional and well spoken and advice nicely to the people. Nures also well mannered ..and ofcourse little improvement in crowd management.

Doctors are very late not punctual at all ... Specially ultrasound doctors... And their stuff behaviour is very rude.... Their is no privacy in the doctors chamber... 2,3 patients enter together....

There is always hue and cry all around. Too much patients made the crowd uncontrollable. There must be limited appointment for a single day to avoid this kind of gathering.

It is alarming that the hospital's staff remain unresponsive to phone calls until 11 A.M. and that the only contact number provided is switched off. This behavior jeopardizes patient trust and the quality of care. Immediate action is essential for improvement.

Nurse behaviour in baby Care ICu ward is completely unprofessional. They treat with patients and gurdian like dog. These nurse and staff along of this hospital are not deserving for rating. Nagaon Metro hospital's administration kindly give training to your staff about basic behaviour ethics and manners.
