Most helpful person ever met in government office but Operated by single desk so lots of pressure on him. But salute to his patience and dedication towards work. Need more space and staff No parking available for four wheelers as two wheelers of adjacent post office are parked Washroom stinking and broken Ac not working as not serviced on time What to add Urgently need to improve as Silvassa is good destination for river water front, Swaminarayan temple,resorts, garden, etc.

Worst passport service kendra. Please do not book appointment here. Only single man is handling everything. People's are clueless when their number will come, anyone comes randomly and talks to him. That guy is very rude and not informing or explaining anything properly We have had appointment at 9:30 in morning and at 2 pm we were still waiting and that guy still not able to help us. Very bad experience

5 stars to the staff of the POPSK. Extremely patient, dedicated and helpful person. Kudos to him for singlehandedly managing the PSK. He is very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable, ensuring the experience of people visiting the PSK is a positive one. The infrastructure of the office is terrible. Lack of ventilation, waiting area and lack of parking facility are few negatives. However, the service of one dedicated staff makes the difference. We had a wonderful experience.

Small yet efficient passport office, I reached there a bit late than assigned time but the concerned person took me in, he is very prompt at responses & manages the office alone efficiently I was done with the entire process with in 25 mins, I travelled here all the way from Mumbai for the lack of earliest available dates, in Mumbai the same process would require at an hour to get through where in here it happened in minutes, just ensure you get right photocopies & orignals of all applied documents.

The only man sitting there just wants to get done with all appointments even if rejecting due to incomplete document of linking of aadhar and mobile, a man before me got it done without mobile linked to adhar but wanted us to get digilocker verified. Do not take appointment here

Firstly, 5 stars just for the guy who single handle all the work in office. Second, I know It will take a while if some papers or adhar is not Link to mobile. In my case it would hardly take 10 to 15 minutes for approval but due to missing of a Xerox it took me 2 hours. My appointment was scheduled at 12:30 he called me at 12: 45 which is fine as he was doing all alone. And that too being cooperative with everyone. He point out missing some Xerox due to which he called me again at 3 o'clock. Please remember to carry. 1. Appointment Xerox( preferred) or the text message and the image of the appointment. 2. 10th marksheet necessary. (12th just for security) 3. Leaving certificate Xerox and og. 4. Adhar card, driving license Xerox if you have. Pan card Xerox. 5. And other additional documents like affidavits, proof in case of name change, etc. 6. Please check the website again for any further documents. Please reach 10 to 20 minutes early. As he is doing all alone.
