This is the worst service by any agency. They claim false things in their poster saying so many snacks plus they have written unlimited. Any logical person will think snacks is unlimited. Plus there will be many snacks. But on boarding the ship we come to know there is just handful of fries, 1 cupcake and 1 biscuit they are giving. That too only once. All the other negative reviews for this agency are correct. When I contacted them they are saying mistake se likha he. Aise nai hota he. Why are they advertising it falsely then. Book Paradise or Swastik or Nirvana cruise. We saw them on the river. They are so much more entertaining and give better service

Cruise dinner for family should actually be named as bhandara for bachelors at third class ferry. We felt like we were stuck at that boat as our car was parked thr and could get that out once we parked it as we dicided to leave the boat as soon as we entered. Vibe is so negative that u dont even feel like smiling if u belong to a good family atleast. Bachelors can maybe enjoy if after having few drinks all u need is a place to dance. Food was so disgusting and burned that none of us had that. Booked us for swastik cruise and it was nothing like promised. Not at all for families. Cob webs all around the boat. Not at all presentable and not maintained. They charged 1500 per person and not gave service of even 150 bucks. A big no. If this is what they call cruise then they need to google it.

Itna khrab kuch kaise ho sakta hai bhai!! Matlab how?? Imagine paying 3000 bucks for a cruise only to end up going on a third class boat with some plastic chairs and worm out tables. Web cobs everywhr.. disgusting washrooms.. bachelor crowd when u were promised a family crowd.. maybe the owner doesnt know what family is.. I understand he/she might not be aware of it.. but this disgusting .. my God.. Atleast had expectation that food would be good but chiiiiii.. I felt like vomiting after having one bite.. soo.. I wish I could write all the bad words for the cruise experience here.. but.. Straight Nooooo.. please do not Go...

To our relief (and surprise), the crew kindly waited for us without any frustration or pressure. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really showed their commitment to customer care.
