Karnal Head Post office

Postman Mr. Ashish Pruth(Beat No.B28) showed insufficient address whereas i am living in same house from last 15 days. last year as well same thing was happened. Post man never reached to site and simply write address not found. these guys just sits at their home and dont do any attempt for delivery the parcel. Shameless approach every time. I always received parcel from the private courier company. Thats why privatization of few government agencies are required for providing better services to the citizens.

Very bad bheiver and long queue and post mastar only sitting on chair and no any response for Work , waiting time to much , government departments always so slow please convert into private sector

They hold my package three days and my all work hold due to carelessness of this staff so irresponsible, why they take salary if they not doing there job properly

Postman hold my passport and updated status as "Addressee not found" I am living in the same house since 1984 and it's located in the main street only. Carelessness at its peak, they think no one would complain, but this time they are wrong

Very bad service they haven't consider even the speed post and complaint no. Is always not answering all the time parcel got stuck in as i trying to track it it shows parcel delivered but i haven't recieved . They don't bother about there services weather it affects people or not and all these govt. Agency always use india post i have asked them to use any other private service to deliver my adhar card but all this is a mess creating big problem for citizens . Goverment has to look into this if the govt . Post service is this bad what and we are hoping for a better future in terms of govt. Service , it won't be happening anytime soon .

I get a call 5 days ago that my parcel has arrived (after 17 days of dispatch). They tell me the details of my parcel so that I can really confirm its mine. I take a sigh of relief to know that it has arrived. They ask me to come collect it the next day. My mom wasn't in a position to go right away so she, goes the day after. Over there she was told that THERE IS NO SUCH PARCEL. I have been calling them on the number since the last 3 days and now they don't seem to have that parcel. There is no other way to contact them either.

My speed post consignment was sent on 18/11/2018 and the tracking system shows that it has reached Delhi on 20/11/2018. I went to the post office for help but they don't have a clue about the whereabouts of the consignment. I even called the customer service and no help from there as well.
