Worst india post branch. The staff is highly uncooperative and their only motive is to harrass the customers. They create issues and make the customer wait for hours. Serious action should be taken against the staff as they even shamelessly say to customers to go somewhere else for parcel. They are unreliable and useless. They are a burden on taxpayer money and an enquiry should be held against the staff for misbehaving and harrasment which they create for customers who visit for international parcels.

Don't ever go to this location... there's is no post office in this location... Wrong Google location... Wastages of time money... Even the postman had a very less experience... Can't even delivered to the location as mention... The postman Saying "i used old phone... Can't send location.. You have to come and pick up by yourself" uff

Being the head post office, it has various facilities. However, when I visited, only one of the counters was active and rest of the staff were goofing around.
On a trial basis, speed post facility has been extended upto 10pm(Mon-Sat).
Tip- Make sure to carry as much change as possible otherwise you may have to look around.

Multiple couriers of mine have gotten returned because they were routed through this exact post office and i had to get a new delivery through private couriers.
They don't pick up calls, don't care about the customers, they don't call before delivery and return the parcels to sender or put the courier on hold, they are very uncooperative towards their customers.
Don't use the service because they don't believe they are supposed to work in public interest but they think the public is their servant.
If google provided a negative remark rating, I would opt for it.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you care about your mental health.

Worst service I've ever seen, first of all the location for this post office is incorrect after a few rounds of asking around I reached finally, then the guard here won't let me go inside because there is no incharge here to give me my parcel. It has been out for delivery for the last two days and has not been delivered, indicating that my addressee cannot be found. I had given my address clearly and properly, along with my mobile number, so that the delivery guy could call me. I called customer service, who were also unhelpful, instead providing two out-of-service mobile numbers for the person in charge here.

They just made the remark address insufficient on my parcel and returned it back. No one bothered to call before updating the remarks. And when I was raising the grievance on the Post India Portal. The site just crashed. Our country can't grow with this typical Sarkari Babu mindset.

Surprising for a post office to mention" address cannot be located " when pin code and landmark both is given. Useless service with zero ownership. They will send message to update but will not take pain to call and get help on direction. They are not bothered to even take basic step to attenpt to deliver rather mention any absurd comment and deny delivery .
