This is the worst hotel in Manali. The food is stale, and the kitchen is prepared a week in advance. When we visited, we saw a cat licking the gravy in the kitchen. There is a huge difference between the room shown in the photo and the real experience I had there.Dogs enter the room and pee on the mattress.My advice is not to go to such a useless hote

Very bad experience. Food quality was poor--undercooked Mutton Rogan Josh and reheated rotis served as fresh. When I complained, the staff argued instead of accepting their mistake. There was no hot water, the room phone wasn't working, and the door lock was broken, which is unsafe. They also tried to charge more than the agreed price and refused to accept it. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I do not recommend this hotel.

When issues were raised, the staff was argumentative and unwilling to take responsibility. The room had no hot water, the telephone didn't work, and the door lock was damaged, posing a safety risk. They also attempted to charge more than the agreed tariff and denied it when questioned. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I checked in, it was a disaster. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The room was filthy, smelly. Basic amenities were missing, and when I called the reception, they simply ignored my requests.
