DEOC, DC Office, Kangra at Dhramshala

Good experience. Maybe the work will done more fast if they understand others urgency.

I submitted an online application for a marriage certificate over four months ago, but it is still pending with the DC office in Kangra. I've contacted the DC helpline multiple times, and each time they told that the DC is either unavailable or in a meeting. I also spoke with the PA to the DC, who informed me that they are not accepting online applications for marriage certificates and that I would need to visit the office in person. This has been extremely frustrating. Despite several calls to the PA and the helpline, and even sending an email requesting the DC to approve the certificate, there has been no progress. Additionally, I raised a complaint through the Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp, which was registered, but we still haven't received any response. Now, when we try calling the DC office, the calls go unanswered and the certificate remains unapproved. We are simply trying to get a basic service, and the lack of response has been very disappointing.

I got a tourist permit to stay in Bir colony here. It was pretty painless but finding where I needed to go could have been rough. I had some advice about where to find the correct office, but signage is pretty limited. The people were friendly enough and directed me where I needed to go and everyone spoke English. A great experience with Indian gov't services!

Good morning DC Sir Very poor service at kaloha checkpoint for himachal entry. Minimum one hr for checking documents. However at Mehatpur 10 secs. People getting harrassed Pl look into. It's daily like this poor service

Pathetic place....Aadhar card centre is totally useless. If they are busy they will be rude and fight with customers....and then find excuses not to do the work. Shame on DC Office for this poor treatment of citizens.

Its good and well maintained place. Kept neat and cleaned.Also sanitised after frequent hours.
