One of the wrost RTO's in kasmir my NOC file is pending from 28 October till date today it is still showing pending

My fill is pending for the last one month still not verified or approved what are they doing.worst arto ever seen

Sir, I have a grievance about doon school Kupwara that their bus driver driving very rash bearing reg no jk09d 3588 please take serious action against such things as in the bus are very little and blooming kids

Inefficient in service delivery

very poor service On, 1: DL renewal process. 2: Print of DL. 3: Post DL to the Person. 4: DL Slot Date Fixation. If the person is not Qualify the Try on DL, Must Give Another Try date In next Couple of days, 5: Some of the Employees, Collect money from the Person in outside office for There Work. In fact Govt alardy Give Them Salery to Do Honestly Public works. But the Employes are not Working Well as the Govt Pay them, I can Say very irresponsible and Corrupted Employees including some Inspectors too. About ARTO Kupwara : A Honest Person, i Really Appricate Him For There Good Works. I rate Him with Five stars for There Works.

Other objectives include improved efficiency & outreach of public transport services and promotion of road safety measures. It also provides different kinds of services such as issuance of driving licence, collection of taxes, etc. to the people living in Kupwara

They do not pick up phones and do not ease the sufferings of people in the concerned field ( vehicular matters )
