Very bad service given. I am form kolkata. My parcel details unable to track. I called so many time deoghar Post office but no one picked up my phone. Customer care given me wrong number. And then I search in google and called them they pic call but only one word they spoke that is hmm.. and disconnect the call. In true caller that number belongs to Arif....

Bad response.. Lunch time from 2:00-2:30 but they go for lunch at 12:30 only....for any query they will ask to go to counter no 3,4,5etc but no counter number mention there temper is sooooo high don't know for what??? Useless people are sitting here.

Worst service,no delivery person....even they don't update ... timely and once your parcel is sent back then they will update on consignment.it has been 4 years same condition

Deoghar Head post office are all facilities available. Saving account, RD, FD, PLI, Train ticket, Speed Post , Curriyar service, Demand of Ganga Jal. Digital IPPB Banking service, Aadhaar kyc and link mobile no.

The parking space is limited. Cleanliness is not as good as should. The convenience like drinking water and urinal is not available. The sitting arrangements for senior citizens and others is very poor. The dealing with customer is not satisfied. Mostly customers waiting due to "LINK FAIL" The behaviour of staff are not helpful. It's a problem for a illiterate customer.
