Worst experience ever had .... Travelled from abudhabi to banglore. Caught for carrying 3 litres of alcohol that to 2+ 1 free and is ok with abudhabi airport and in banglore they created many issues and made me to pay more that what I have bought for ....same thing I carried 2 months back at that time no issues .... And speaking so rudely with everyone and raising voice ...... u guys must be trained for how to behave with others

Very bad experiences from the banglore customs, my teacher training properties are hold for two weeks for paying the customs duty. Why should i pay for the art work that i made by hand. And it affected my marks for the late submissions. Why the people in the customs are very greedy.

Looks like there is a new business being run at customs clearance in this airport - all international passengers are allowed to carry 5 litres alcohol in checked baggage and 2 litres duty free ,I had 4 bottles of 70 cl in my checked luggage and 2 bottles of duty free which to me means I am still under limit for which they made me pay extra 5600 but the chalan quotes 02 quantity instead of writing the amounts clearly and they refer to airport customs board which only talks about duty free - 2 litres .All my respect for this airport which I had in the last three years is just wiped away ...this morning .tried contacting all numbers for customer care but none work .I can give the required evidence and challans I paid as proofs if any one from airport customer service can help me ,what a shame !they don't want to look at what international airlines rules say they want to go by their board and they wasted one hour of mine making me wait for bank person who was not there what if I had to miss a connecting flight ,I missed an important work place meeting ,It might be 5600 per one person imagine lakhs of rupees being paid by hundreds of passengers .Very Good business idea for robbing people of their hard earned money despite of them following customs rules and limits . If what ever customs were saying is right ? Then air India nd customs information is contradicting one another and this way ppl loose money .

One of the worst custom team in India, Bangalore. Gold chain cost 44000 INR and took 20000 as tax fine even though they have bill's for purchases and it was only 8 grams. Our parents were travelling alone and they were old but custom officers did not behave properly also they were not responding properly. My mom was so sad and she was crying as well but still they were passing comment like I can book flight and go to Dubai and you guys don't have money to pay tax even which the purchased gold quantity is as per the custom guidenes. More then the fine we felt bad because the way behaved with our parents.

The truth is everyone here is listing their issues which happened to them, but what you really should do is dig up the things. Like if you have paid extra and you feel you are innocent, then you always have a choice to get bill of any amount you are paying and then file a complaint with the proof. Other than proof, nothing ever told can be taken seriously.

Good day, Dear sir, I shaik mohammad ghouse from proddatur,kadapa dist,andhra pradesh.06 june 2019 i traveled from dubai to Bangalore while travelling i brought gold for my own marriage. before i pass the metal detector customs asked me do you carry any gold i said yes and submitted my invoice till now i have not received any showcase notice. on what bases Officer Ms.Tisa and her batch caught me, cause i dint paid the under table money as per their demand???????. please send me showcase notice i am ready to challenge in court and return file the case against the entire batch. Thanks

I was racially profiled by internationals service at the airport. I was traveling alone and the members who stamp the passport were so unkind, and disrespectful. They insinuated very impromper remarks. The rest of my experience was decent.

Worst custom in kempegowda. They won't give response to us careless. Different people's are receiving the call. We r ready to pay custom duty but they r not helping us I hate. For 132000 chain i payed fine 63000 worst custom
