Nelamangala RTO Office

Very poor service. I went to take vehical fittness certificate on this moth 3 rd. Inspection also done. But fitness certificate not given.. If we ask they are telling we are stoped to giving fitness certificate. We have commercial vehicals With out fitness certificate we cant take any bookings and dutys.. What we do knw?

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the RTO, especially regarding the handling of my driving license (DL) process. I attended my DL test on 20th November 2024. The test was supposed to begin at 11:00 AM, but due to poor management, the test was delayed by over two hours. I arrived at the RTO office at 10:30 AM, but there was no proper communication or guidance on the waiting time or when the test would start. Staff were unhelpful, and I had to rely on agents who were pressuring me into paying for services that should have been part of the normal process. The RTO office opens at 10:00 AM, but there was no clear system for handling appointments, and no one seemed to know the status of ongoing processes. At 12:30 PM, I was finally called for my test. After the test, my DL status has remained stuck in the "Printing in Form 7" stage for over a week, and no updates have been provided. It has now been 8 days since my test, and there is still no sign of my DL. The unprofessionalism, lack of proper communication, and reliance on agents to resolve issues is completely unacceptable.

As usual Govt place is Govt place.. too much time taking. Pro tip: if you wanna get licence faster, come via driving school instructor. You'll definitely get licence

Extremely disappointing experience at this RTO. The staff were unhelpful and showed zero interest in assisting the public. Long queues with no proper system or communication.

It's a little less crowded than the ones in the city... Process was quick... The driving track is just before the rto office... Don't follow Google maps for the test track... The track is adjacent to the main road itself...

Iam arrived at 10 am but Dl test started at 12pm car and bike .this is actual time

Quite inside place.. auto is available.. 20 ruppes per head.. government office still people are very helpful.. work wil done very quick.. if you submit rite document..

IN Biometric section Asking 20 rupees to take photo per person
