Dear public, Don't ever apply for your passport service here at Hassan passport seva kendra, The staff sitting there are unprossendinal, neither well trained nor they theu know the process. They just don't want to listen to us. They are aiming to reject the applications as much as soon. The passport authority should immediately look into this and they should replace the staff with well professionals.

Recently visited the passport office in Hassan for document verification. All the process went smoothly without any hassle. Thanks to the staff. Accidentally I had left my documents at the centre. But the staff called me and said I had left my entire documents there. My deepest thanks to her. She helped me to get it back. Genuine people and best service.

Instead, they exhibited a rude and dismissive attitude towards applicants. Interactions with them left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Anger Management Issues: I was shocked to witness staff members losing their temper and making threats to applicants. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also raises concerns about the safety of those visiting the office. Office Cleanliness: The office itself was far from neat and organized. A clean and organized workspace is crucial for providing efficient and quality service. The lack of cleanliness only added to the overall negative impression. In my opinion, the staff at the Hassan Passport Office urgently need proper training, not only in passport-related procedures but also in customer service, politeness, and anger management. It is imperative that they understand the importance of treating applicants with respect and courtesy. This office needs a serious overhaul to ensure a more positive and efficient experience for all who depend on its services. I hope that the authorities take note of these concerns and take steps to improve the situation. It's essential that a government office such as the passport office sets a high standard for professionalism and customer service. I believe these issues can be addressed with proper training and supervision.

Every time I visit this office heavy queue and many times they have server issue

Extremely efficient gentleman at the desk although he looked overworked. A few extra hands to help him and make the process quicker should be looked into by the PSK. He had to verify documents, take pictures , biometrics and upload the application all by himself , all this in addition to clarifying a lot of doubts that applicants had. Was quite surprised that they worked on a Saturday being a govt office. My passport was received on the 3rd day of visiting the PSK - so they have a seamless system in place. Kudos to the MEA and PSK employees who work tirelessly.

Pathetic staff!! Simply in the website they give batch no. and all Here it is nothing of that sort My appointment was there at 11.30 but I had to wait for 4 hours cz they were busy attending their acquaintances application. Pushing mine to last! Not good service better to close the seva Kendra as they are failing to serve promptly. They have no clue about what they are doing

I visited this place around 5 years ago. One senior staff member doesn't know how to talk politely. He should learn how to interact with applicants in a better way like that of Bengaluru Lalbhag PSK staff. He should learn to handle all kinds of possible proofs that can be accepted from applicants. " I don't recommend PSK Hassan ".
