I wonder why can't
Lokayukta or any other responsible administration can see many brokers roaming inside RTO office holding lots of documents and files
do they have the authority for this? .
only the brokers can handover documents to inspector when the vehicle inspections are done .
Do they question when a single person handover so many documents daily wise ,

Extremely unresponsive staff. Its been more than 5 months that i am contacting to get my duplicate RC via post and each time they say that thew wil post it in a day ir 2 and now they are not answering the calls. What more can we expect from our KA government, just another instance of corrupt and inefficient service inspite of paying all the money in advance.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at RTO Madikeri.
Not only was the staff (Section 27& 29) unprofessional, but I was also asked to pay additional money for basic services that should have been provided without charge. It seemed like an outright extortion attempt, and no clear explanation was given for these charges. The whole process was frustrating, slow, and felt like a complete waste of time. It's disappointing to see such poor service in a government department, and the sad thing is they a doung such kind of extortion in daylight and I would caution anyone from dealing with this office

It is relocated to out side the city near to abbi Falls. Reaching this place without own vehicle is difficult.one has to take auto from madikeri. One small hotel is there there we will get food and tea. Abbi falls is near almost 3 km.

Govt not give you salary ? What tell me rto inspector... you are not lead properly....They are one of madam demanding money
