Gave RC transfer with hypothecation termination job. Initially told duplicate RC job also and paid Rs 12000/- for the same. As the forms we gave him were downloaded from Vahan website, he said line spacing is insufficient to fill details and asked to resubmit with the forms provided by him. In the meantime the owner got the original RC and intimated JMJ enterprises. Revised forms were submitted after 3-4 days with the original RC. He did hypothecation termination and RC transfer job in about 10 days. The original RC was sent by him after 4 weeks of printing the same (Porter charges of Rs285/- paid by me). He didn't do anything for duplicate RC as RC was found in time. But refunded only Rs 5000/- out of Rs12000/-. Kept Rs 7000/- with him without doing any job. Also most of the time he doesn't respond to customer phone calls. His charges are 20% more than other RTO agencies. Not recommended for any RTO related jobs. 16.04.25 if you are transparent please give details of the job done for Rs7000/- retained. Nothing is done as the original RC was found in time.
