Maybe finding this office will be a regional adventure if you're new here. After you are at the office, keep in mind that "patience is the key." ( Kanam Postaaan ) Officers are kind and helpful ifykyk... You gotta wait for long time thats it no other worries

Had a very bad experience from officials here for the learners licence test. Especially the MVD inspector who conducted the test. He was panicking the candidates for no reason by asking irrelevant questions like " who all know to turn on a computer, raise the hand". Many got confused and few raised the hand. And he was shouting at us saying " You all does not even have the guts to raise the hand then coming to get licence. You all can leave and come tomorrow to take the test." We stood there ( three chairs were there for whole 30 candidate to sit, noy even a single person was dare to sit). He was showing his attitude and made us waiting then took for the test. Rudeness and stree full experience

The auto drivers in Panampilly Nagar auto stand are reluctant to switch on the metres and overcharge too. 2 weeks ago, one of the drivers (CNG auto ) asked me 200 Rs for a trip to Ernakulam Medical Centre.In the corporation limits, an auto driver can charge only what's shown in the metre during day time.I doubt whether he had a meter for switching on too.Immediately afterwards another driver dropped me at the destination for 150 rs.The drivers should be stopped from exploiting the people.

One word to sum it up "pathetic".Just oral solutions will be provided during enquiry and when we come with the documents ,they will send you back atleast 4-5 times for some or the other missing signatures or documents which can be avoided if proper information is provided in the first meet.our time is not a matter for them.......

Applied online for international driver license permit got it in next day.super fast response.They needed passport,DL and fees

Had to wait for 3 hours to even start my learners test ,the site isn't working their net work isn't working.Very bad time management and a lot of technical issues.Worst place to take learners from.

I gave this 4 star not for the office only for the joint RTO officer he is verry good man he is just do service for peoples I went there at 1 30 pm at that time he is working dedicatedly with out having his lunch he is one of the best government employee that I ever seen he is verry friendly to the peoples

I was stuck with an open vehicle registration file in Kerala, which was blocking my car registration in Karnataka. I honestly thought it was a dead end. But Joint RTO Arun stepped in and resolved it quickly and smoothly. He was clear, kind, and genuinely helpful -- something you don't see often. Other government employees should really take him as an example. Truly grateful for his support. I wish all government employees were like him!
