Very Disappointing Experience During Passport Renewal My family recently visited the passport office with my daughter for her passport renewal on [03/03/2026]. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite having all the required documents and arriving on time for our appointment, we had to wait .The staff member we interacted with was not helpful and did not clearly explain the issue with our application. We felt rushed and were not given proper guidance on what corrections were needed. The overall process seemed disorganized, and there was a lack of clear communication. This caused unnecessary stress, especially since this was my daughter's passport renewal. I hope the office improves its customer service, reduces waiting times, and provides clearer instructions to applicants in the future.

Writing this review from inside the office .Very pathetic service..i came here for renewal..appointment was at 11 am ..I reached at 10:30..till now they didnt call me inside..its better to take appointment at thrissur rather than here...thrissur is far far better....

Passport seva kendra is attached to Post office building Nenmara, thus the office space is very much limited and less. Bystanders have to wait outside the office or if you don't find any seats here you've to wait in post office building. Absolutely no parking space for four wheelers anywhere near, two wheelers can be parked in a limited space infront. Staffs were very cooperative in manners. Should wait for your alloted time to meet officers for passport purposes.

It's refreshing to see a government-related service center run so effectively. That said, one noticeable drawback is the location and infrastructure. The building is situated in a relatively narrow area, which makes it a bit difficult to access, especially during busy hours. More importantly, there is no proper parking facility nearby, which can be inconvenient for those arriving in private vehicles. Parking on the roadside adds to traffic congestion and can be stressful for applicants, especially those coming from surrounding towns or villages. Despite the limitations in infrastructure, the efficiency and dedication of the staff more than make up for it. If you're well-prepared with the required documents and appointment confirmation, your visit will likely be smooth and hassle-free. In summary, the Passport Seva Kendra at Nenmara offers excellent service and staff support, with room for improvement when it comes to external facilities like parking. Kudos to the team for maintaining such a high standard of customer service!

The service and treat the people waste experience. Poor service

The office has limited seating capacity, making it advisable to come alone without bringing friends or parents, unless they are also applicants. The space is a bit crowded, making it difficult for individuals to stand comfortably inside. While the overall staff behavior is positive, there are communication challenges with the last person sitting inside from North India. It might be beneficial to consider replacing them with individuals from the South for smoother communication. Additionally, a drawback is the absence of parking facilities for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

The worst PSK office ever visited...There is no proper channel for giving appointments to those who have come at the mentioned time on the appointment letter. The processing is very slow. If possible avoid going to this place.

Excellent service by staff, really appreciate the staff hard work to maintain and provide comfort for the people visiting. few important concern still exist, below are few. 1.No parking place - and the office is in very crowded area. Why only ministers home or offices are very big and all facilities why can't public services places? 2.Not enough space for waiting in the lounge especially with kids or senior citizens. Can't government offer better place for citizens? Or is that only for politicians? Many people waiting in front of the office for long time 3.People will have to remove the shoe when we enter into the office that's terrible, aren't we living in 21st century?
