WORST DTDC INDIA.
Very Arrogant staff and unprofessional. They repeatedly lost my package. When questioned they deliberately send out packages to wrong address. They will talk as if it is our fault that package are lost.

Worst DTDC ever ....better ask that staff sitting there to go for another job....she thinks like she is paying for us...I ordered one item and that staff gave me wrong product and returned my product back without my knowledge...when I asked about that... that thalla over there told me her duty is not memorising about my adress and name...I dont know who is she ...whats her duty then?? .simply arrogent behaviour ...

1/5 - Very disappointing experience at DTDC Venjaramoodu
I had a very bad experience with DTDC Venjaramoodu. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. Their packaging and courier charges were overpriced like just celltappinh costs Rs200/-and also courier charges (weight:5kg) costs 720/- and when I asked for a price breakdown or clarification, the staff spoke very rudely.
To make things worse, I checked with another DTDC branch and the same service there cost almost half the price. It's really disappointing to see such inconsistency in pricing and poor customer handling.

Absolutely pathetic service. Their office claims the my address which is 4 km from their office is part of Attingal which is 11 km from my address. They refuse to deliver and forces us to come and collect it from them. Then what is the point of door to door delivery.

Worst dtdc ever! Rude and arrogant staff and owner. They will lie about calling us and will make us collect the parcel from their place. Then what's the whole point of the term delivering? Didn't even bother to correct their mistakes.

0/5 Stars - Unacceptable Experience with DTDC , First experience with DTDC(venjaramoodu )and I'm extremely disappointed with DTDC's service. They didn't even attempt to deliver my package despite being within a 1.5 km radius. No effort was made to reach out or deliver. The lack of initiative and customer care is shocking. I would advise others to explore alternative courier services that prioritize delivery and customer satisfaction.
DTDC's inaction and lack of service is unacceptable. Can't even give 1 star because I'm afraid they might mishandle my courier, which I've already paid for. Their service has left me questioning their reliability and trustworthiness. Avoid DTDC at all costs!

Highly overpriced and pathetic customer support. NEVER CHOOSE DTDC if you want thing to be delivered on time. No matter what ever they say, even if you pay extra, once the payment is done, you will have no idea what will happen to it. If you try to connect with customer care on call or via Mail or on Twitter, all you will get is some random scripts to just fool you. Better use some other service. Extremely disappointed.
