Very bad experience. Waiting for more than 6 hours. Then they call me other day. Very unprofessional behaviour by staff. I had all the documents then also he said to come next day. The staff made me very uncomfortable he was yelling at me for uncessory reasons I just asked him that how much time will it take he yelled at me very badly He said chup chap wait karo nhi to passport atka dunga. I am gonna file a complaint about this incident.

I had the worst experience at Hosangabad Passport Office. Traveled 100 km, only to find no facilities, no slot system, and a shockingly rude and unprofessional in-charge. I waited 5 hours just to have my application rejected.
His behavior towards everyone, especially women, was appalling. He even shouted at a girl in front of everyone. When confronted, he arrogantly said, "Go complain wherever you want. Nothing will happen to me; at most, they'll change my branch.
This abuse of power must be addressed! Please take action

What a worst experience. The appointment is given for 9am and office was opened around 10:30am. People were waiting. It is disappointing! Why to give appointments if they aren't available?

Booked appointment for 11:00 clock there is only one person who is very rude he is not doing any work drinking tea all the time.No care for other peoples time.Wasting time of around 20 people.There are people waiting from 9o clock in the morning and still there passport process has not started.
