The place is very good for get Oxyginated but location mattered. Nicely maintained.its also having other educational activities.food is ok. Staff are co operative and humble. The place is good for them those wanted to have a break in mechanical life and regeneration energy level

Location was very good and 6 kms away from Ratnagiri. Very poor and late food room services. I can see bit agressiveness from the mgmt. I talk to other as well they had same feedback which was discussed with me. I request and suggest u to improve ur service or else u will loose the goodwill from the tourism business market.

Very bad experience very bad quality of rooms and all that stuff ....staffs behaviour is very rude pool is not clean at all and no drinking water facilities nothing they just lied to us while booking they should be honest with their costumer what they have promises soo I will never visit this place again never ever so pls don't believe what they said while booking!!! Very disappointed i regret every second to stay here!! They should improve their qualitys quantities etc ... Very disappointed

Disastrous Stay. A Total Rip-Off! I regret every second I spent. What started as a hopeful booking quickly turned into a nightmare. Service was abysmal from the start, but the real shock came after payment. The moment the bill was settled, the owner turned into a different person--rude, arrogant, and dismissive. When I pointed out the issues, he snapped, "You've paid, now leave. This is a budget hotel, what do you expect?" No apology, no solution, just pure contempt. Staff followed his lead--ignoring calls, forgetting requests, and whispering complaints about guests within earshot. Housekeeping never showed up, and the front desk hung up when I asked to speak to the manager (who, surprise, was the same owner). This place is a trap. They lure you in with decent photos and low rates, then treat you like garbage once they have your money. Avoid at all costs--unless you enjoy being disrespected, overcharged, and served trash. Rated: 1/5 Never again.

Very Disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the visit. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. 1.Very disappointed by the owner even though the workers tried to provide good service. 2.Owner was very unprofessional and unhelpful+ denying the things which were agreed upon earlier and adding bills about that later + not picking calls and talked with a rude tone (Dr Bapat)(Mr Arrogant) 3. Swimming pool was too bad not cleaned since weeks, water turned green. 4.Bad bathing water to muddy no cleaning of water tanks 5.Below average food quality pr maybe we can say very bad quality at the given price (Bad tea even worse coffee) And very limited options about food and for vegetarians the options are too forced 6. nothing is available easily,they can't 7. Owner behaving rudely and unprofessionaly to us and also his staff using bad words and directly calling us liars even though we had recordings 8.NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL THE PLACE IS SHADY AND NOT EVEN WORTH IT FOR FREE

I got married in this resort. Rooms & location is good but WORST QUALITY OF SERVICE. The food was insufficient for all of us. People literally were starving out of hunger in my marriage. I felt so bad that maximum guests didn't get food to eat, they were literally on snacks that they brought from their homes. Moreover, they didn't even allot us decided number rooms till evening while we had already reached there by 9AM. WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ME.. Cuz of this I don't even feel like watching photos or videos of my wedding, these people just ruined it.

Green green all around, this place. Nice to be here... It's homely place, with home cooked food. No colours in the food, makes it healthier... Very specious rooms with unseen sized Bath room. Interiors may not be plush, but serves the purpose very well.
