Easy to locate, clean place with on road vehicle parking space. Nearby shop offers photocopying, printing services along with downloading and printing of digitally verified e-Aadhaar pdf document which is essential during the appointment / interview for processing of passport applications.

This place located with in premises of Post Office. This is typical Goverment office. I visit there to process my wife passport. Process are very slow comparatively to Pune passport office. Thay were asking silly question related to name change after marriage. Like why you applying passport after 4 year of marriage ? How many year has been completed for adhar update ? Why you have not updated name in your education certificate ?Etc. They follow up check list one by one, seem knowledge transfer not done completely. also staff is very arrogant like typical goverment office. After completing verification post 4 week also application not reach to police station. I will recommend to visit pune passport office instead of this because pune passport office is non government officials and highly skilled TCS employee are there .

Visited PSK for renewal of kids passport, the staff is very helpful. The place is well accessible, often crowded, difficult to find the parking.

Overall smooth functioning, but the employee their (whom I gave my details at the time of passport verification) was really rude in behaviours.

I was skeptical about visiting this place as a replacement for the Pune Passport office but surprisingly, my work got done in just 15 minutes. Make sure you have all the required original documents along with the photocopies, the appointment letter print, a signature-validated color e-Aadhaar print.

part of the post office. the sitting space is quite limited. No AC. there is an Indian loo ( not very clean) inside if needed. We had an appointment for 215 and we were actually called in at 315 ( there was a spill over from the morning ) . There are 2 desks only . Names are called out so they follow the sequence no that you receive by SMS. The process itself is fast and efficient. This is the closest passport center to Pune ( in case dates in Pune are not available)

All staf if very supportive.specially chief mam.they gives us hold on service which actually not available for other offices .thank you for all there efforts to make it people friendly

Staff is helpful but need to increase the staff, increase the office space and provide the facilities for visitors as office space is very congested. My appointment scheduled at 12.45 pm today but my number came around 2.45 pm due to less number of staff as well as space.
