Lic office, balugaon

Very much courteous staff and good ambience.

I visited the LIC Office Balugaon Branch for revival of my daughter's policy. I specifically asked at the counter what forms to fill up and what all documents they require? They said fill up only form 680 and 720 and attach Revival policy holder aadhar card. I came back with forms. Next day again I went to the office with all the relevant documents, now they asked me to submit a school continuing certificate????I asked the office staff why he hasn't told me before? He said it was written in the form, i requested him to show the same. However he didn't find that. So he agrees with the Aadhaar documents. Now he told me to attach the medical certificate.???got to know that Medical exams will be carried out by LIC Medical Officer only. I asked where I could meet the Medical Officer. One agent told me sir give me Rs 100/- , i ll give the medical certificate. He took the money to give the certificate. I belong to the Defence Service, i felt very ashamed that people were doing this forgery by giving these medical documents without seeing the things. I know the names of all the staff, i can very well mention the names here but my intention is not to humiliate them. If they read my post and do realise what they are doing for the people and for our country. Plz change yourself...

Balugan lic office is situated one side of Baligan Bazar other side . Chenai to Calcutta high way is in front of this office. Another side is lake Chilika it is v beautiful place.

Although office is working in rented building but office environment is excellent and well ventilated. All staffs are cordial in nature.

Very good environment and best customer service for LIC policy holder.
