Worst Experience That I've ever experienced in my home town Sub Post Office While I was there for to deliver my parcel One of the employee she responded in an arrogant and rude manner. Instead of addressing the concern, she behaved indifferently and refused to cooperate. Such conduct is unacceptable from an employee holding a public-service responsibility. Because of her irresponsible attitude the Post Office deserves a one star rating. This behaviour not only causes distress to citizens but also affects the reputation of India Post. Such behavior is highly disappointing and not in line with the standards expected from a public service institution like India Post. I respectfully request that the matter be looked into and that appropriate action or guidance be provided to ensure better service and accountability.

Went to office twice for ATM card all staff was ignorant...they had divided area and luckily my area was allocated by most ignorant person ...worst office

Very poor staff also don't have contact detail contact, I have purchased NSC before 5 years now they are not responding, Now I am in Vadodara, I want to encash my NSC , Vadodara post office send them speed post because they don't have mail ID and contact details.

One lady is very rude,no politeness, Mannerless,
