very worst Not Enough Knowledge about Passport apply and they are not given proper Document Information and voluntarily postpone the schedule also if suppose do From RPO side they hold Due to Resubmission because he submit the form option called a RPO reverify(yes) carefully select the POPSK before schedule.. and check acknowledge copy after he submit.

I happened to Visit Popsk Arani recently for Passport Renewal. i didn't had marriage certificate. Hence I had submitted the Annexure J with photo and signatures. Popsk executive was demanding the spouse physical presence for him to accept the Affidavit J. Wherein the other Popsk's didn't ask for the physical presence of a spouse. When we asked about this inconsistent details across Popsk, they answer is very simple "Popsk reserves the right to decide. No arguments". Being a consumer we are not allowed to say anything. Please don't waste time with these guys. Visit the main passport office and get this sorted. We think these nearby Popsk are good but we don't get any solution/ direction ever for any problem.

Need to wait even inspite of providing an earlier time. Waited more than 4 hours than scheduled appointment.

Staff's are good. The room is small and not having enough space for people to sit. There is no toilet and washrooms.

Last month, I attended the verification along with my family. Although the verification process was completed for two applications, both of them have now been listed under the objection category by the Regional Passport Office -- and that too for minor issues which should have been identified and resolved during the initial verification itself. This clearly reflects a lack of proper training and experience among the verification personnel. Such negligence not only causes inconvenience and delay but also creates unnecessary stress for applicants. I sincerely request you to appoint well-trained and responsible officers for verification duties and take immediate action to avoid such issues in the future

Till six months before the hours of waiting is more. The staffs will tell system is not working . But now it's super we can say. But some people will go inside and interpt telling staff service like that. This is delaying now. Now they are issuing token .so good service we get.

Easy to access , but parking not available. Very friendly, polite , extremely helpful, kids friendly officer . Less crowded too.
