RTO Office Redhills

I booked a slot online for DL test and went there (I was late). But the inspector was kind and he didn't yell at me like other Govt. Officers mostly do. It was a heavy rain day. Everything was good on the first day, but I was supposed to go there on the next day too as there were network issues. Unfortunately, I went there for the 3rd time too . The authority who is responsible to take the photos of DL was rude with me like a typical govt. officer. But one officer helped me out, I don't know his name but he was muslim (people called him Bhai). I'm really grateful to the inspector, Mahesh Sir and the Muslim officer. Thank you! Anyways, the total experience is unforgettable and I got my DL

Smooth service. Visited for two wheeler driving licence test. Booked everything in online Parivahan website . After 8 test in Outer Ring road, we went to RTO office for photo capture. Waiting hall is decent and road safety video displayed in TV. We were told to come after 3 days for collecting Licence.

Read till the end.....give a like if you support me I think I have no other option to visit another RTO to this one........hope I had an option like that I would done it.......cause even taking pen from table with the permission is considered as a big mistake here. We need to ask for permission again and again if we got work with pen for more than 1 time.........how foolish this is............these officers don't even know the correct way of procedure to upload and submit documents. And more over they blame your manners for taking pen from table ........ His words caused my indignation to the sky level.........I can give some words in return but my manners are like hurdles for me and they are with very strong base.......so I can't move them aside even with a great anger............. They felt my behavior bad.........I felt their behavior bad...........I am pretty sure that you will also feel the same thing. Take your pen and put it in your pocket..........and reach this place.... You can see two pics in my review...... one is driving school people taking away the files of few members who gave them money around 2k.............. Another one is the a man checking computer who talks about manners even when he doesn't know and have it ............ If you want to apply for LLR....just reach out a driving school and apply for it......then they won't even scrutinize your files at all....... straight away they take your photo and they will process it.......once if they got to know you are not from the driving school...then you will be keep on wandering through out the building of RTO and near by ....for all the silly reasons .......they won't let you stop until you get fatigue and faint........... Not as before. It's very nice. Some renovations are on. Staff there seemed courteous, respectful. Went for a registration requirement, and vola, got my answers like within 30min. I remember times I spend almost 4 to 5 hours, now, it's mostly online and quite fast. Quite relieved. Overall, Good experience

I went to get LLR for myself. The experience was pretty good. The officer was straight forward, if we behave properly & he also gave back the same. Patience required as around 50+ people came and one person managing is bit time consuming process.

Good office. Decent staff. For any kind of document changes or applications Carry prinouts of online application with your photo on it. Carry Gazette copy or School TC or Passport copy for Name spelling change of self or father. Wear proper attire, avoid shorts etc. Outside office there are Xerox and printout providers who come very handy and helpful. Even they know documentation procedures. They too can help you prepare one and also charge very cheaper.

RTO office Redhill , I take my driving license here. I also want to highlight the cleanliness and comfortable environment of your office. The facilities were well-maintained, and the waiting area provided a pleasant atmosphere while waiting for my turn. Overall, my experience at the Reddhills RTO Office was exceptional, and I am grateful for the level of professionalism and customer service I encountered.

While the Office itself and the Staff are efficient, the main entrance to the RTO needs to be developed for a Customer friendly experience. Neat area earmarked for parking would be a great help
