backend staffs on ground floor are very lazy and still living on late 90s. Sharing the experience here: Nominee change process is very simple and can be done within an hour max(provided all papers are perfect), they need to endorse original policy doc with a seal and a confirmation letter for endorsement. the reality is just opposite. the person needs a week time for that!! After stating some urgency he asked me to come in 3 days and later seems he totally forgotten that he received my papers!! (no acknowledgement given) after three days when i visited he asked me to come back after sometime and seems he arranged the paper within 15mins and gave me.. i just got to know the process is very simple after i received 2 emails with this 15 mins regarding nomination process request and approval (both happened within 15min). this is unacceptable, provided they are to offer service to end customer. clearly indicates they are lazy in closing the tasks then and there unlike the branches in cities like chennai. on a small note: he took my policy doc cover and kept it himself, later while receiving the endorsed policy, he said he threw it.. whatt?? what an irresponsible answer? he should have given the cover right back to me during submission if he is going to throw it away(whether it's a 15rs item or 20rs item) eventually totally irresponsible and people with less knowledge base in backend.

They did not help me to surrender LIC policy eventhough i had all documents They told iam from different state so they cannot help me. When i visit to my home branch they told me i could have done it from any branch in india

Really Shocked me the Response i got from all the Staffs, Normally Government officials wont care us, But here is opposite , All staffs(Counter to cashier ) are friendly and they are ready to resolve our queries, My Special thanks to Bama Madam for supporting all queries related to My issues .
