Renewed my old passport and got new passport for my whole family. Mr. Bala came to our house and helped us save a lot of time by validating all the documents and booking a slot of our preference. There was a slight panic in the last moment after entering the passport office as we didn't have photocopies of one document for which we only had soft copy (mistakenly took photocopy of an old document instead) but there was no scanner in the passport office. Luckily there was a shop nearby and we managed to barely apply during our time slot. We saw someone's passport application was rejected the second time as there was no witness signature in their rental agreement. Better to validate all the documents with Bala sir to avoid such issues. Police verification happened on the same day of the application and we got the passport within 10 days from the appointment date.
