It's like any other Government office, late service etc. but staff here are very helpful in nature atleast in passing the information

The staff are friendly and helpful, but they are also overworked. Everything except the most routine things takes a lot of time. There's no parking nearby, so if you're driving, park in one of the adjoining lanes. Facility is very small with limited counters, but people are good in their job.

I don't understand the reason behind all the hate. May be the Postman who delivers are rude, I am not sure. But the Post Office is good (what we can expect from a Government service). I missed my passport delivery as no one was at home so went to collect my passport. The ladies staff in the ground floor was kind and pleasant to everyone who was in front of me in the queue. When my turn came, they greeted with a smile. I asked about passport and she asked me to go to first floor. There are 3 counters in first floor and one old gentleman asked me what I want and when I told about passport, he called someone and asked him to check and give. I showed my original Aadhar card and collected my passport. Didn't face any rude behaviour or any issues. YMMV, but I had a very pleasant experience visiting this post office for the first time.

This man came to deliver my sister's passport .I showed him her original aadhar card but he said he will not give it to me..he took money every time when he came to deliver. he is using curse words in Telugu language and he said he will return anything and will not deliver. He asked for money every time.

Better to make private worst service's worst behaviour public money waste for them salaries and pensions etc remove this blady post office systems

This post office is moved near Saibaba temple, Miyapur cheruvu in almost 2 years ago. There are some old pictures showing old location

I couriered to miyapur from bellary one speed post. Its keep redricting from 10 days not delivering.

Worst ever. I haven't received my RC in post, instead I visited post office to get it. In 1st floor, no response and pure negligence. When I was standing, waiting for their response, they are having chit chat and no at all listening to me.
