Worst Experience at Shivarampally Post Office - Needs Immediate Action This is not the first time I'm posting a review about Shivarampally Post Office, and sadly, the service continues to disappoint. Last time, I was told to come before 2:30 PM for courier services. I adjusted my schedule, but even then, I was made to wait for almost an hour. Every single visit involves a minimum 30-minute wait, regardless of how small the task is. Today, I even took leave from work just to send a courier, and now they're saying there's a server issue and refused to accept the parcel again. This is completely frustrating and unprofessional. Why are such issues happening repeatedly at this branch? Public services like this are supposed to make life easier, not harder. The staff needs to be more responsible, and proper action must be taken to ensure timely and respectful service. People depend on this office for important work. Please look into this seriously -- we deserve better service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office. I've visited nearly 10 times for an important need, yet the staff consistently show a lack of basic courtesy and responsibility. There is no proper response, no willingness to help, and no concern for the time and urgency of the customers. Despite not being busy, they make people wait for at least 30 minutes, often ignoring or delaying even simple tasks. It feels like we are standing there invisible, waiting endlessly while they show zero urgency. Government services like this should be accountable and citizen-friendly. Unfortunately, the experience here has been frustrating every single time.

I would like to express my happiness for railway ticket booking experience which is very good every time I visit to railway ticket counter the person is sitting in counter excellent person give good suggestion and give maximum confirmed ticket I suggest all the people to go to shivrampally reservation counter

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the staff at the SVPNPA Sub Post Office (PIN: 500052). Despite having a valid delivery address, the staff consistently fail to deliver postal items to homes. Instead, they ask residents to come to the post office to collect their parcels and letters, which defeats the purpose of postal delivery. This ongoing negligence is causing significant inconvenience to the residents in the area. I request the higher authorities at the GPO to look into this matter urgently and take strict action against the concerned staff to ensure proper delivery service is restored.

I visited Svpnpa post office for ticket booking it was superb experience the guy who was sitting in ticket booking counter he is very helpfull and good nature very helpfull good
