This was my worst experience. Don't visit this place even if you get the earliest appointment or even an appointment for tomorrow. It's better to go to Gorakhpur PSK -- they are far better. Even if you have small mistakes in your documents, they still consider them if you provide any supporting proof. But here in Kushinagar, even if you submit hundreds of supporting documents, they will not accept anything. They only want bribes. My friend applied for a passport but they forgot to upload his PAN Card. After one month, he was expecting his passport, but the police verification hadn't even started. When he checked, he found out his application was rejected. Then he went to the PSK, and they told him to go to Lucknow PSK or pay 4000 to "get it done." They took the bribe and completed everything within an hour. My personal advice: Don't go here. And if possible, please file a complaint.

Worthless office. Not value of appointment timing, if you can't mange your appointment time so don't take more application. First of all Passport office need first prueties is take 10 form and complete within time . So he make this office More value. I applied for my passport in June 2025, completed all formalities including police verification and even visiting the passport office. Yet, after 2 months of waiting, the passport has still not been delivered. What makes this even worse is the behavior of the staff inside the office. The officer responsible for entering applicant details was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Applicants were not treated with even basic respect. Instead of helping citizens, they acted as if they were doing us a favor. This is unacceptable for a government service that people depend on. Citizens should not have to face unnecessary delays, lack of accountability, and disrespectful treatment when applying for something as essential as a passport. The authorities need to take strict action, improve efficiency, and ensure that staff are trained to behave professionally and respectfully with applicants. Until then, the reputation of this passport office will remain tarnished.

To avoid unnecessary delays, consider booking your appointment at a Passport Seva Kendra directly it's possible to get an appointment quickly but what's the point of getting an appointment so quickly if your application is just going to be put on hold?
