Well maintained... spread in a big area... They provide single bed, spacious rooms to the new sadhaks too. The dhamma halls are quite spacious and the pagodas are also good in numbers. There is one issue as well, it's in a remote area... might face difficulty while returning if you choose to travel by public transport.

*Some tips for those who are attending this course for the first time*
P How To Reach at low cost :- From Kanpur Central Railway Station take a taxi to a place called RamaDevi. He will take 10. From Ramadevi again take a taxi or a local bus to Dhauri Ghat turn ,will also take 10. Then from the main road you can take the taxi or you can take a lift from someone as there is less vehicle.
Finally you will reach the Dhamma Kalyana.
PYou can reach upto 5:00 pm in the evening.
PAvoid making friends there. As it will be then difficult for you to be remain silent and follow Arya mon as they called it.
