Head Post Office, Almora

The passport offical are very rude they don't know how to talk and asa lagta h jasay ya koi ahsaan kar reha h logo par very rude unacceptable behaviour

Beautiful building some 113 years old and still maintained. Its proud of Almora, this building and GIC campus both are very old structures in the city. I still get fascinated with the structure and work of Britishers their 100+ year old structures still standing high. But you see our structures which are not standing more than 30 years. It doesn't matter how they were we should always learn good things from everyone . Anyways this picture is some 2 years old I don't know how does it look now. But if you are in or around Almora, go visit this place with the thing in mind to look closely to the architecture and savour it. Thank you

The place is excellent, overall infrastructures like sitting arrangements and support are also nice. But there is so much vacancy in the post office, and the staff is not complete, so you have to wait for hours to get a small job done.

Speed post Very slow typing long que for 1 parcel they take around 15 minutes no matter if small or big i sufferd long que on date 30 - 6- 2025 at counter 5 , at counter 6 the employee was working fine with good speed

Attached to the main road. Good staff. Fast work. Historic building. Good sitting arrangement.

A grand old building and ambience which speaks volumes about a century old history

Best place as a post office, new building also opened adjacent to old. Atm also opened. You have to wait for 1-2 hours normally for any work like opening a saving account, deposit of money, rd etc. Infrastructure is good. Staff is young.
