Alternative (More formal for complaint letter): "The officer-in-charge at Namkhana Post Office is not discharging their duties, and the courier staff are completely irresponsible. Furthermore, the office assistants are highly ill-mannered. I request to change the courier staff. assistant at the Namkhana Post Office, is extremely unprofessional and rude. He does not respond to queries properly and treats consumers very poorly. Employees with such a negative attitude should not be kept in public service roles."

It's just SO MUCH misbehaving experience from this post office. I have a AMAZON e-commerce luggage by speed post service, which belongs to this particular post office for handover. But the 3 rd class staff of this particular post office is just Un expectedly WORST . They didn't even call me at least in my mobile number . I also complained against this POST OFFICE in INDIA POST website, but no helpful response from them. JUST WORST EVER EXPERIENCE FROM SUCH A GOVERNMENT INSTITUTE.
