Very Bad experience,My appointment time is 9:15 am but it is too late to process my passport renewal

Worst experience!!!! My appointed time was 11 AM, they called my name at 4 PM!!!! Only one candidate is staying inside for about 30-40 minutes. Moreover they rejected my passport for a minor mismatch, if it were any other Pasport Seva Kendra, they would've edited my application, but the govt employee here was very very arrogant and refused any corrections, and they also suggested that I have to apply for a fresh application with paying 1500 rupees AGAIN!!!! My appointment was 3rd last today, so I can say that out of 21 candidates before me only 2 or 3 were approved (it was their 2nd or 3rd visit). If you don't want harrasment please go to any other PSK but not Amta POPSK.

Excellent experience on there. You just need to carry a full size aadhar card(***with password protected pdf as well), Original PVC Voter card issued by the govt.(***E-epic/printed and laminated voter card not allowed),Pan card and Madhyamik Result/Certificate as educational qualification proof [if available.](*** Admit not allowed) If any educational qualification is not available...still you can also contact them. And don't worry for any kind of documental mistake issues... You will get 2 more attempts within 1 year for correct and re submit them again.(No additional charges required) Carry all of these document's self attested Photocopy(1pics per document) which has been already mentioned above. You can also carry additional documents for avoid any types of documentation error...I just shared my personal experience. Staff and Officers behaviour was very impressive. A waiting area with chair and fan was also provided. ***Update*** today I recieved my passport's dispatch message... after 21 days of applying only.Jai Hind

Horrible experience.... They are just harassing every one... The work process is too slow.... PSK Kolkata should take necessary actions to them....

Do not select this POPSK as an option. Their processing is too delayed and it will impact the no. Of days required for passport issuance post police verification.

Don't come..any one.. only time West

You can come here by 3 ways---Chourasta more, police station and a another way. Carry your Passport seva receipt printout, 10th Or 12th cartificate zerox, adhar card zerox, Pan card xerox and these original documents.
