pathetic services staff are totally well mannered they are busy in totally for their tea break they. are reflecting 1 token in 30 minutes on screen they are taking 30 to 45 minutes to handle one client they are very good for time pass slow services totally i dont no why the Hod are taking any actions against them

The service at Suvidha Kendra is extremely poor. It was supposed to help people, but as usual, their basic requirement--Wi-Fi--is always down. Every time I visit, they tell me, "Paji, the net is not working, please wait." I end up waiting the whole day, and by the time the Wi-Fi might be fixed, it's time to close for the day. It's frustrating to see the Suvidha Kendra employees getting paid without actually doing any work.

Good experience , staff is cooperative and helpful , i was gone for aadhar card correction , so they help me lot and guide me best for everything , it was really good experience

Worst place ever. I went for my newborn's Aadhaar card. One day they told to come in evening as the crowd will be less, next day they told me to come in morning as there are still people left for processing. And the person at the counter was very rude, telling that he is not aware about the person who gave me details yesterday. The authorised people at this facility are totally clueless and incompetent.

Such a pathetic services .. sometime net is not working..sometime there site got hanged .bla bla .. unprofessional staff. Rude behaviour. Senseless .. took 3 days just to amend something in address..

Many time documents filled but every during making Aadhar card they make spelling mistakes. Lot of time and money wasted, still work done done by then properly

Firstly I gone their and a person give me token no. and form to fill. There was an lcd whih tell the token no. and whose no comes they have to go main counter. my no came very early because there was not a crowd. that was Good experience!

Very poor service. I was waiting from morning and at 4:50 pm when i got my turn the employee refused to update my aadhaar card he said he will not update he have to go home. And he left at 4:58
