Sewa Kendra, Model Town, Patiala

don't know why the negative ratings are given to this seva kendra possibly the hospitality be the reason however i found this sewa kendra a wonderfully managed place to get the work done.... security was there working 9 to 5 from monday to Saturday parking was there power backup was there drinking water was there toilet was there however locked queue manager available announcements and display of running number with dedicated counter no four counter to handle the maximum possible crowd went there to get my child's bal adhar and it was applied very smoothly . hope the people working there keep improving if they have caused inconvenience to the people complained about.

This is not "sewa" kendra. Their sole job is to harass people and how to avoid doing their work. If the staff know you, they will fill the form. Else, they'll just keep sending you back on one pretext or other.

Respected Sir , This complaint is regarding harassment in Sewa kendra model town Patiala . There is only One counter for adhar updation the lady who is sitting there for public service is very rude and she has no respect for public . All employees are just passing their time not providing service to anyone . People are sitting there waiting for their turn but the lady spent 20-30 minutes on each person . The lady sitting on token counter said we have shortage of employees here. All the employees are moving out of India . Because of Punjab Government. There is no proper arrangement for public no Water cooler or fans are working there . There harassed us from past 4 days . Today we are waiting from 9:00 am but still no response . After 2:30 pm we visit Seva Kender mini sect D block . And finally They give us good behaviour and fast service . please take action againt the staff of model town Patiala . thank you chanjit singh khakh

Very poor service Employees are mannerless and rude . There is only one adhar card counter and lady is very rude They're harassing public only not providing service

All staff members are very cooperative and always on time and always excellent at citizen service. One of the most hardworking staff.

Not much rush, everything is supposed to be digital but it takes so much time. One aadhar update takes more than 30 min, there are four counters but still nothing moves. Either the internet connection here is slow or the process is cumbersome or the staff itself is incompetent. Bad experience

Staff is very cooperative . Security guard is very polite and humble person . Went there for sound permit for a wedding event . Process was super smooth and no hidden charges . Highly recommended .

Very cooperative staff. Mr. Satpreet and his staff tries their level best to attend everyone on time. He always manage to respond on phone eventhough he is always busy with daily people queries. Thank you for your help and valuable guidance for my marriage certificate and addhar card of my son.
