Suvidha Centre

Well, this is my first visit here as I have to get something updated in my Adhar card. The staff is quite polite and cooperative here. However, due to slow Internet, it took a lot of time for the process. It is suggested to reach here as early as possible as there gets a lot of rush as the day passes. The timings are from 9 am to 5pm. There was a long queue of around 35 people only for updating adhaar card when I reached here around 11:30 am. It took entire day to get the work done. What I loved about the centre is the place where it is situated, that is in Nehru Park. It is a beautiful park with lush green grass, trees with blossoms and many plants. People of all ages come here to spend their leisure time in all seasons, and especially, to bask in the sun during winters. It's a good location as the ones visiting at the Suvidha centre can also spend their waiting time staying close to nature. People can also keep their children occupied as there are a number of jungle gym kind of equipments & slides where they can play around. Some gym equipments for adults are also set up here. I also saw some elderly people sending time together and having a hearty laugh . One can easily have a picnic here with friends and family to have quality time together . Another facility that is worth mention is the provision of Public toilets just near to the park. All in all, great ambience & comfortable place to visit

just 1 star because there is no option less than it. I feel shame on Govt system why they don't take reviews seriously while everything is online these days. first, The persons on very first table, (who checks the forms) he is a turbante person with around 35 of age, he just adress some people with regard but rude to seemingly young people like " lai token ta le ja pehla"!! very illiterate language.. 2.The girl(lady) in first cabin wearing glasses is just there for time pass, she just sat there for time pass on mobile . Only one female is Good that is named "manpreet'(i know her name as someone was calling her) . But biggest concern is that these people consume very much time in checking papers, they should be trained enough to do things in time. I also complaint the same at their toll free number but seems they didn't warned them. Next time, I will just complaint to direct CM office..

The female staff aadhar card window no.1 is not done her job properly. She is wasting the time of public. She never sit his seat properly and talking in cell phone and also the gate keeper or peon of this sewa Kendra of rose garden Patiala is talking abuse language or misbehave. This sewa Kendra is for public but the employees of this sewa Kendra is not interested for his work. If she doesn't want the job leave the job and talkative to her relatives. We come this office at 11am that time 38 no. Token is running. After that only one token is done and directly gone to 50 no. At that time token 52is running. Please see the working of this sewakendra employee. I request to boss of this sewa Kendra to intervien and provide the good service of this sewa Kendra. We hope ......

Today I went for original copies of death certificate of my father. There was a teller lady named manpreet (heard from someone) abd she was at window#2 ,she found some serious error on our document but she patiently helped us, corrected the error and provided us copies which we were of great need. She was a great help ,much appreciated. Thanks alot

Absolutely pathetic. The staff is horrible. They have no manners to talk. The clerk at the reception spoke extremely rudely to an elderly man only because the elderly man was talking loudly on his phone. Absolutely disappointed.

My experience was good .The staff is excellent and helpful.I went there to register my mobile number with adhar card.They take genuine time which is required for the process of the work.

This suvidha centre executive are not loyal to their, security guard having rude behavior and person on computer are not properly trained. They take too much time to apply any form
