i am not satisfied these persons are not doing work on the appointment based these persons have there own rule regulations.That was rediculous

For the parcel and speed post the best place to visit is if you are going for a speed post please be available before 3 o'clock. After that they are not taking parcels for speed posts. Typical Indian government officials. Before visiting plan all this.

Head Post office Ropar refused to deliver package to my parents place in Ropar. They called my parents and asked them to pick it up from their office. The audacity of the employees to make this phone call and deny delivery is daunting. Shame. They update the status as "DOOR LOCKED" without visiting the delivery spot. Its is 2023 and these government employees are unabashedly cheating people. In the land of Punjab, where people devote their personal time for seva in guru ghars, these government employees cannot even do "THEIR OWN JOBS".

Even i have all the original documents with phone number attached the passport sewa staff refused to do my work.. irritating staff.. if they dont want to do work why are they accepting appointments.. worst experience.

they have no sense to talk with anyone resection person is very rude te majboori v ni sambde kise de don't visit here

It's a government of India undertaking, India post, department a district level main branch, all' Post office branches , in district Rupnagar are working under this office, renovated recently, fully computerized and also has a ATM, which facilitates it's own customers and other banks customers can withdraw cash from this ATM, situated in congested area, but has a very good parking space, all new sceams launched by central government are available here for general public

Illiterate staff. They dont know how to generate new atm password. I face some atm issue. When i contact them and they don't know how to solve this problem. Sarkari job no tension ....
