Wish I could give them zero star. All the staff members don't know the common steps for the government ids. It looks like all the members are not properly trained or educated to do their specific jobs. Which will eventually lead to more frequent visits then the required one. The administration must respect the time of the common people and should pursue better hiring procedures. They are not providing any instruction manual with their printed forms. According to them, admin department count their printing papers
