Malviya Nagar Sub Post Office

The most pathetic and terrible service provided by this branch, The postman ilmanners, unprofessional, arrogant has to be reprimanded and dismissed from his post and appoint young and well mannered people. Postman came to deliver passport, He could not wait for 1 min, He left without delivering the passport and mentioned that come to branch to collect the passport. He also mentioned in notes that person not living in provided address.

My three books, Bhagavad-Gita 3 volume set, were stolen or destroyed when I tried to ship to my home from this location. When inquiry was made through New Delhi main office, this post office took over three months to reply, at which point the issue could no longer be resolved as per India Post protocol. I never had problems previously using India Post when I shipped from Rishikesh, so I erroneously assumed that all of India Post was of the same calibre. Oh and did I mention I was never compensated for my books or the postage I had to pay? This is theft.

Unprofessional behaviour, no value of people's time.

They never pick up calls and will not deliver your post until and unless you visit the office to pick it yourself. These post offices are the reason why india post is not considered good.

Postman is not try to find location. He is not using landmark of address. No call no sms then how to get my parcel. I am very disappointed.

No one picks the phone,they have received my parcel on 29 dec23 but still not served.

good, but no digital payment for postal service, like UPI etc. Speed post , registered post and banking time is 10am to 5pm.
