What an experience, I would give 10 stars if i would, very smooth movement, i and my wife are both senior citizens, and it took us not more than 30 minutes to be free in renewal of passport. Great experience.

I visited here today for my New passport application, whole process was completed in 1 hour. Only 2 documents were checked - Aadhar & 10th marksheet. Nothing else. Don't know why people on youtube keep saying 5-6 documents are needed. They have Photocopy facility also which is good.

Waited for 4 hrs ..after verification by 3 counters ..final counter rejected based on the local address proof.... although shown the govt id and govt documents regarding the posting in Jaipur. Submitted Xerox copy of rent agreement also but they need original... disgusting.

Worst service. One should have enough time to sit and wait . You can see in the photos my token no. was N111 and you can see on led that 111 is not there on led ,it has already moved above 200 to 300. So if you have time to sit and wait..... visit passport sewa Kendra otherwise please go for tatkaal.

Just superb service. Kudos to Tata's for making citizens life easy . If only other Govt services were like this . Amazing is the least word that can be used to describe them . Be Smart... Don't Choose for SMS services and for Passport cover...SMS are already provided by Govt Site for free.. And don't pay 550-600( kind of loot) for passport cover..(it's optional) .. If you are wealthy then it's your choice..

The Passport Seva Kendra located at Jaipur is one of the best PSKs in India. Well behaved staff and systematic procedure makes things smooth.

Normal atmosphere because of less crowd. Well behaved staff and easy and smooth process. Just 1-2 hours enough. Only aadhar card and 10th certificate orginal + photocopy required for normal application
