10 Square Mall - Aadhar Seva Kendra

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the services and conditions at the 10 Square Mile Aadhaar Kendra Seva center. During my visit, I observed the following serious issues: * No Air Conditioning: Despite accommodating nearly 100-150 people at a time, there is no air conditioning or proper ventilation, causing extreme discomfort to everyone present. * Unfriendly and Unprofessional Staff: The staff are not courteous, and they are unable to communicate effectively with the public seeking services. * Poor Facilities for Families: Many parents bring small children and infants, yet there are no basic amenities available for feeding or tending to them. * Overall Mismanagement: The environment is chaotic, causing unnecessary stress to the citizens who come for important Aadhaar services. Given the critical role Aadhaar services play in the lives of Indian citizens, the current situation is unacceptable. I strongly urge immediate action to improve the conditions and management at this center. I am also submitting this complaint to the Prime Minister's office for urgent intervention. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.

Over crowded, still, we wait for our turn to get things done. Aathar offices can be some offer for ease of use. Super Friendly Staffs and especially, the data feeding staffs are an example to all other Govt. Offices in India. I wish to maintain this quality service always. Thank You.

Worst Aadhar seva Kendra ever! The executives are rude and unhelpful. I don't know if government have given them employment for it. They don't want to listen our issues, they use to reply rudely after hearing issue. It's not the way to, solve issue, give assistance to residents. We stand hours of times in line just thinking that our turn will come and our issues will be solved but at the end we got rude behaviour from executives and not proper resolution. We know crores of citizens live in this state. They have lots of work pressure during their working hours but does it justifies the way they behave to residents? Absolutely not. Government should to make bigger space in such densely populated area like here or teach the executives to behave politely on their working hours. Thank you for taking my feedback. Jai Hind.

Please don't go there, verifiers having very worst behavior like psychos, they have rejected up to ten times my authorisation forms I have filled there. Again and again I have written and submitted them like school imposition, its absolutely very cruel. Because I have already submitted all details by online appointment. And there was heavy rush, poor air condition will destroy your mood 100%

Went today. Worst behavior by the girl in the counter. Arrogant attitude. Not solved my issue 100rs waste + auto charges. Worst very very worst service aadhar seva kendra in ten square mall. Service is not their priority chatting with their colleagues about their senior manager comes first. Our time and money waste

Government officials should Inspect atleast once in month. Very worst behaviour, and answering queries related to aadhar services. Need experienced CLs there or need Customer Handling Training more

Booked in online for phone number, e-mail id and biometric update. Completed entire process in 15mins, quick process, no confusion. Only thing is you must take the request print out which is mandatory.

Visited this place yesterday. Very worst management. They don't have proper educated workforce. They treat humans as if they are god. Few things that hit me so hard and voiced it out there itself. 1. They treat elderly very poorly. They make them stand with no proper air-conditioning. 2. There are more than 15 counters. But hardly 4 to 5 operate at a time. The process is very slow. Their internet is pathetic like how we 56 kbps PSTN internet was used in olden days. 3. They don't follow SOP. I doubt if they have one. They shout the token numbers and scold the public if they had to shout more than once.. 4. They should be heavily taught on customer handling and given proper trainings. 5. They never keep up to their appointment schedule. Person goes in with appointment at 11 AM goes out of the center only at 2 PM. 6. Their building does not have the power backup. When there is a power cut. They have to restart all the machines, etc which would take easily 15 to 20 mins. It happened twice during my sweet 4 hour journey with them. Even a local PC at home have small UPS for PC/laptop to avoid data loss. Wondering how an organization which work on public data can be so relaxed. 7. While I had tried to complaint them about all of the above, they easily told me to write Google reviews. Hence I took time to write this up. All of these should be taken care. These are not luxuries rather basic expectations. PSK is better because there are NRIs. ASK is a curse..
