Corporation of Chennai Zone 14

I commend the services of Greater Chennai Corporation. Thank you to the government for making the process so effortless when we were actually dreading the process. We were asked to take my father's death certificate online after 21 days on the day of burial by the corporation officer who approved . When we checked online his name wasn't there I called 1913 on 22nd August and I was guided to contact zone 14 who asked me gave me ward health officer number from our area he asked us to WhatsApp the document and he revert the same day saying there was a delay in receiving from zone hence the same will be updated by end of this week. And today when I checked it was already uploaded. we were so surprised that we were not sent from pillar to post and everything done over a call my heartfelt thanks to all those working in the department and to the government for easing our lives. Thank you keep up the good work .

Only 40 tokens are allowed per day for Aadhar enrollment/update. You have to be in queue pretty early ie from 6AM onwards . Token is issued at around 09:30AM and as per token you ll be called. For last token , you may have to wait until evening to get the job done . If you are early and lucky then you ll get token, but still the entire process takes a day. For Aadhar updates like DOB change, Address update etc.. it can be easily done via online in UIDAI portal. For new enrollment , change in mobile , biometric updates, would suggest to book appointment at Aadhar Centre (located in Ten Square Mall in koyambedu) at your convenient time. This can be done Online from UIDAI portal

For Adhar mobile updation,address change ,name correction need to go this place .blue shed office...20 tokens. Only issued per day for above said modifications.10am token issued. 4.30 am people start come and standards in queue and decide them selves as queue token..max 6.30am 20 member's were stands in queue.. after coming people sure they not get token...10am big crowds starting murmuring Bout token system... anyway they doing good job.person 20min take to biometric and other changes...so 20th token will sit at system by 5pm..

Went to pay property tax and it was real quick.

Looks crowded for Aadhar update.. Help desk should solve the issue

It is in Puzhuthiwalkam. To the people residing in wards 169, 185 here they can remit their property taxes, water taxes etc. They accept cash, cheque, debit and credit cards for property tax n there is one more building in the same complex which collects meteo water charges. Here tgey are not accepting credit cards but accepts cash, cheque n debit cards. Here one can register birth/ death also. Ward no.169 of Chennai Corporation Councillors office is also functions. Basic facilities like water, rest rooms are required. No dislay boards r sign boards, seating arrangements, etc. Very conjested

Very worst. Only 30 tokens per day and that too system not working. No proper support or service until we ask. Ac and all running perfectly with open doors. But computer for aadhar updation is not working

For adding a baby name in birth certificate they are taking more than a month than also they cant able to update a baby name. Dont know what type of service they are providing. whenever we go asked her about the status she is saying by tomorrow morning it will update.
