Located near porir Saravana stores. I have always had good experience here. Mam is bit strict but that's expected when someone is handling so much rush everyday. If you are early and has all required documents handy. It doesn't take much time. I have visited few times and they were clear and sets the expectations right. My personal experience was very good whenever I visited

Good service! initially,i thought the staff was rude,but she turned out to be very kind and genuine.They followed a token system, and i was finally able to update my aadhar biometric successfully.

I visited this place for Adhar renewal(after 10 years) and phone nbr update. Opens @ 10:00 am. Stand in queue bet 9-9:30. Only 35 tokens per day that will distributed initially and only those will be processed for the day. Biometrics update, photo update, phone nbr update, Name update, Renewal done here. The lady staff did her job perfectly and sincerely and was on time.

If zero rating is possible this place deserves the best. Worst place to even try to get your work done. The aadhar section was functioning very well but the other officer there was very slow, lazy, irresponsible, disrespectful, and whatever suits best to describe a person who never cares about doing his job. Stood third in the queue and waited for one hour to talk to him. Even then he was not ready to take up our issue. Got irritated and had to leave the place without getting our job done. We very well know government centres are slow to respond to us... but this place is the best of the best example for a bad government service.

The average wisting period will be 30 min. You can updtae only mobile number and biometric. For new aadhar and updatation of address this is not the place. For that you have to go Valasaravakkam eseva Center

Waiting time is long. But the staff does her job in a very good manner. Answers the queries politely, without any hesitation. Hats off to her job. Good work. It's very good to see these kind if people nowadays in government office. . Done by aadhar biometrics here.

Very poor staff. He is ill treating people. Too abusive. I feel like I want to change like Indian movie Kamal. Corrupted staff. Using wrong words to common people. What rights does he have? Government should take strict action against such irresponsible idiots. Don't know how to behave with ladies and aged people.

The one thing you can get from here is how not to get your work done. They will find millions of way not to do the task. Waste of time going to these centers. Government has to keep a record of many users have come to this place and the reason for turning them away. Until then, this is the norm of these places. Not at all helpful for general public
